TAMARAC HOA MEETING
Oct. 14 2025
Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM by Lee Kamp
5 board members were present along with 3 association members
- Meeting minutes from the July 8th, 2025 were read and approved.
- The treasurer’s report was read and approved. Expenses included $1825
for September lawn services and $108.03 for new grass planted at
Arrowhead Park - There are still 3 active liens. ***2025 dues should be paid by year endthey were due in March.
OLD BUSINESS - Park updates
o Arrowhead Park is complete with the exception of fencing and top
soil and replanting of grass. Cost of about $4000 for top soil and
replanting. Will have further discussion at our next meeting.
Board members will take a look to determine actual need for both.
o Chippewa Park is an in-process project. DeWaine Harley and son
cut down overgrown trees and vines and dismantled the swing set
(it was deemed unsafe). We would like to clean up and paint the
remaining play things (Spring mounted riders) that remain and
consider putting rubber mulch and a picnic table where the swing
set was. We would like some input from family’s that use this area
and know what they would like to see.
o Fox Lane Park—is on hold as of now. - Virtual Meetings are in progress—only 3 people joined this last meeting.
- CCRs/Bylaws—Were not discussed at this meeting, Will discuss again
when Del Eastes has an update on the cost of what a local lawyer would
be.
NEW BUSINESS - Mike Deaton is going to become our Webpage coordinator as Nick
Dimmick is moving from the Tamarac area. - Due to lack of attendance at our recent meeting we will be going back to
the smaller room at the Commerce to save the expense on the rental
$$. - Meeting dates for 2026 will be as follows:
o January 13th
o April 14th
o July 14th
o October 13th
